Orders shipped to or made from Ohio will be charged 5.75% sales tax.
Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping on in-stock orders. Please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays and special sales events.
Domestic US orders totaling $30 or more pre-tax will be shipped for free.
Domestic US orders under $30 will be charged a fee of $4 per item. Orders will be shipped by USPS First Class or USPS Priority shipping, depending on size of order and method covered.
Canadian orders will be charged a fee of $15 per item for shipping.
International orders will be charged a fee of $20 per item for shipping.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in USPS’s website. You can also track orders in your My Account section or by using our Order Tracking system.
If your order has yet to be shipped, it may be cancelled by contacting us.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, it can be exchanged or replaced (please see below).
Exchanges and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, we only accept exchanges for goods that arrived defective and/or damaged. This exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have arrived defective and/or damaged. The defective and/or damaged product may only only be exchanged for the same product.
We do not accept exchanges or defective replacements for our product purchased from other entities. Please contact where you originally purchased it for information on returning the product, if it was not originally purchased from PhantomPainFilms.com’s website.
Please email us from the email address associated with your account and include your order number and product IDs of damaged goods. Send email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. We may ask you to dispose or destroy the defective goods. We may also ask you to return the product to our facility (we will cover return shipping charges).
